Call for Speakers at WIRELESSWorld and IPCentral Now Open
Experts, practitioners, researchers, consultants, and vendors in the field of IP and wireless communications are invited to submit speaking proposals for the IPCentral and WIRELESSWorld forum programs at CeBIT 2008.
Daily live programming will be organized into thematic blocks and consist of high-quality panel discussions, individual presentations, case studies, user reports, and market player briefings. Hannover Fairs USA seeks qualified speakers who will present on the state of the industry to an international audience of trade professionals. Submission deadline is 15 January 2008.

Speaking Opportunities in General: Connect With the CeBIT Audience

Public Sector Parc: Top Destination for Solution-Seeking Public Administrators
Public Sector Parc – a showcase at CeBIT for public sector ICT solutions – attracted 49,000 attendees this year, 80 percent of whom indicated the authority to make or contribute to purchasing decisions. Public Sector Parc in 2008 will focus on such themes as citizen-centric, cost-effective and staff-oriented public administration; geoinformatics; eHealth; and Telehealth. In addition, next year's Public Sector Parc will feature three new forums that spotlight local government; regional and national government; and technology and solutions.

CeBIT Asia Concludes Another Successful Run
Deutsche Messe AG and Hannover Fairs Shanghai, organizers of the CeBIT Asia, CeMAT Asia and PTC Asia events that took place 10–13 October at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, have declared the trio of trade fairs an unqualified success. Collectively the events attracted 49,158 trade visitors from all continents – including 32 delegations from such countries as Australia, Japan, Thailand and the U.S. – and featured 1,987 exhibiting companies on approximately one million square feet of space displaying the latest ICT technologies, power transmission and control equipment, and materials handling and logistics systems.
