Berlin International Air Show offer a number of ways for North American companies to participate, from renting raw space and building your own booth, static display or chalet to signing up for a cost-effective turnkey booth in the North American Pavilion.

The North American Pavilion – which will feature separate USA and Canada display areas – offers services that range from designing your booth layout to planning your business and hospitality needs. The facility will be located in Hall 9 and includes a lounge, management office and meeting rooms.
In addition to the North American Pavilion, we will also consider smaller turnkey-booth groupings in specific themed areas, such as the International Suppliers Center (ISC), the Heli Center, the General Aviation Avenue, and the Corporate Aviation Center. If you have your own exhibit, you can still join the North American Pavilion with a Space+ option.
Turnkey packages include:
- Exhibit space
- Booth with walls and carpeting
- Overhead company name sign
- Electrical receptacles and lighting
- Round table, three chairs, lockable information counter, literature rack and trash can
- Three exhibitor passes and one catalog
- Catalog/Internet listings
- Exhibitor manual and updates
EARLY BIRD REGISRATION
Take advantage of early registration – the sooner you book floor space, the better your chance of getting the location you want.
Plus, register bindingly by 31 October 2007 for a 10 percent discount on floor space. Pavilion exhibitors will receive a five percent discount.
Services and facilities include:
- Bi-lingual pavilion management staff
- Shared meeting room
- Lounge with snack and beverage service
- Business services such as Internet access
- Daily vacuuming and waste disposal
- Pre-show assistance and briefings
- Assistance with additional orders and equipment rentals
- Referrals to freight forwarders and accommodations
